Lambhowe Caravan Park is a family-run site in a very peaceful setting in the Lyth Valley, situated within the Lake District National Park. Numerous rocky outcrops provide interest within the site while semi-natural woodland that borders the Park adds to the feeling of privacy and tranquility.

The pretty villages of Crosthwaite, Bowland Bridge and Winster are within comfortable walking distance, as is Barkbooth Lot Nature Reserve. Several excellent pubs / restaurants are no more than a few minute's drive away, including the award-winning Punch Bowl Inn in Crosthwaite and Masons Arms, Strawberry Bank. Bowness-on Windermere, Windermere and National Trust Fell Foot Park can be reached by car within 15 minutes. For fell walkers, the Central, Southern, and Eastern and Far Eastern Fells are all easily accessible.
