Although a 2011 model, the Lodge was purchased in 2013 has had little use and is in excellent, clean condition.

THE LODGE COMES WITH AN EXTREMELY LONG SITE LEASE IN EXCESS OF 43 YEARS.

In a quiet position with rear views toward the Tissington Trail and front views in the direction of Thorpe Cloud. Adjacent, new block paving double width parking area for two vehicles. A large raised wooden decking area which wraps around two sides and catches the sun all day.

The lodge can be rented out through the Ashbourne Heights to pay for its upkeep but we have never done this and it has been used exclusively for family holidays.

About the park / location

This is a well equipped and professionally managed site which caters for camping, caravanning, glamping, and Lodges. For cyclists and walkers, it is adjacent to the Tissington Trail which offers access high into the National Park and down into Ashbourne.
