The park is a 5 star holiday park where lodges may be used for recreational breaks from main residence during 50 weeks of the year, not continuously.

There is a large clubhouse with bar and double conservatories which looks out onto 2 fishing lakes separated by a Capability Brown arched bridge leading to a pathway across to Burton Constable Hall, a stately home. On site is a shop with tea room which is well stocked with necessities as well as locally sourced bakery items. There is a play area for the children, 2 launderettes, a large caravan and camping area with pods which can be hired.
