About the park / location

Note: The following fees are for guidance only. They are the most current information but fees can change at any time - E&OE. - Shear barn Site Fees from 28th February 2019: £4793 (these are pro-rata so you will only pay from the months you take ownership of the lodge. The fees have stayed the same for the last 2 years and the owners have proven to be excellent at avoiding price increases.) - Share of rates, refuse and water costs for the year ended 31 March 2018: £770 - Gas (mains from the park’s own supply) and electricity are metered and you pay for what you use. The park is closed for maintenance from 15 January until 01 March, however owners are permitted on the park during the day in order to take care of any essential maintenance of their lodge etc.

The lodge has a BT phone line fitted and high-speed broadband internet connected, however a wireless internet service is provided to all owners on the park without charge. Use of swimming pool, the small gym area and club house are all free of charge to owners. There are discounts at the bar and restaurant for owners. The latest rate table I have for sublet fees for our lodge banding (Gold) is from £464 per week for the low season months to £628 per week for high season.
