Kitchen - comes complete with two-seater island with under counter sockets, banded integrated appliances including oven, microwave, tall fridge freezer and cupboard pantry. Included are serviced smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Double patio doors lead out onto the veranda.

Utility room - separate entrance to the utility room, with built in washer and sink area with both under counter and over head storage. Cupboard which houses the boiler for the central heating which is connected to the HIVE which you can operate from your phone.
