A contemporary large 20 x 50 ft self-catering Eco lodge, built in 2017. Open all year round for holiday use.
The lodge is one of the largest lodges on site, only one that sleeps 6, with 3 en-suite bedrooms. It is the only Regal Supreme lodge on site, and only one with a wood burner.
It is open plan living with 2 sets of large bi folding doors opening up completely onto the decking area with glass balustrade that overlooks panoramic views of the Shropshire countryside.
A hot tub is accessible on the decking area. An easily accessible lodge from start to finish, with open plan living and accessible bedrooms surrounding.
Seating areas are on the decking, as are storage boxes.
Everything is included in this lodge. What you see from furniture to 3 sets of linen and crockery etc etc are all included.
Being just 6 miles from Bridgnorth and not far from the motorway, this becomes an ideal getaway for yourself, or that for guests if you wanted to rent.
Disabled Access Easy accessible ramp and decking at the front, with parking area.
The lodge is flat, with wide doors to front and one main bedroom and shower room. There is not a wet room but a slight lipped shower, with chair.

All lodges on site are nearly full up for the rest of the year, with ours having a few bookings for next year also. The lodge has a Gross rentals potential of 40k plus (books can be seen) with a net income depending on owners’ preferences (i.e. cleaning, maintenance) and a potential ROI of 10%.
We employ a very good housekeeper who also checks the hot tub daily.
The park has 10 Lodges of which 8 are Holiday rentals. Easy accessibility takes you close by to historical places Bridgnorth, Bewdley & Much Wenlock. From the Severn Valley, Iron Bridge, Castle, Museums, Safari Park, Wyre Forest walks & cycle trails, fishing and golf and much more.
