Accessible via steps, the large private sundeck and side decking guide you to the main entrance. Situated just a short stroll from park amenities like the bistro and spa, it offers both convenience and tranquillity.

Entering through a purpose-designed hallway, you'll find a cupboard housing the combi boiler. The front section of the lodge features a cosy lounge area with two sofas, one of which is an electric recliner, while the other doubles as a comfortable sofa bed. A feature fireplace and TV add to the homely feel. The integrated kitchen and dining area provide seamless living space.

Patio doors from the lounge open onto the expansive UPVC sundeck, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the Devon/Dorset countryside and soaking up the sunshine.

Accommodation includes a master suite with a King bed, wardrobe, and walk-in wardrobe, complete with an attached en-suite shower room. The second bedroom offers twin beds, bedside table, and wardrobe. For additional flexibility, one of the settees in the lounge transforms into a sofa bed, accommodating two more guests if needed. Both bedrooms feature their own wall-mounted TVs. A separate family bathroom completes the layout, ensuring comfort for all occupants.
