About the Property

Our Glass House is sited on, we feel the best plot on Devon Hills Holiday Park with fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and large dog walking area. The lodge is situated on a very large plot.

We have a large secure decking area with a sunken hot tub.

Inside there is an open plan kitchen/dining and large spacious lounge. The lodge is very light and airy with plenty of windows.

There are two double bedrooms, the main bedroom has a King bed and the second a double bed.

The family bathroom has a free standing bath, toilet and washbasin. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash basin.

Bedroom one has a separate large walk in wardrobe.

We have also had air conditioning installed.

Outside there is also a large parking area that can accommodate at least four cars.

You need to come and take a look to appreciate this stunning lodge.

Devon Hills Holiday Park has a 12 month open season for second home/holiday use.  Ideal as a family holiday home or holiday let investment.
